Mobile Application Design for ERP System

A Malaysian fintech company with a web-based ERP system needed a mobile app to streamline access to key functionalities. I followed the double diamond approach, starting with in-depth research with the CEO and other stakeholders. A detailed user persona was created, and low-fidelity wireframes were developed.

The design progressed to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, incorporating the company's branding and Material Design guidelines. After thorough usability testing and iterations, the final design was handed off to developers. The resulting this mobile app empowers employees with real-time access to ERP data, invoices, payments, and reports, enhancing efficiency and decision-making on the go.
