National Civil War Museum Website

The National Civil War Museum is a nonprofit educational institution with a collection of 24,000 artifacts. In 2021 the museum is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its founding. The NCWM website is designed to have a modern, elegant, easy to navigate layout, while also paying homage to the historical aspects of the Civil War. The site is created utilizing a grid system, allowing for an organized layout. The landing pages for the National Civil War Museum utilizes accurate historical maps of the country, and of battlefields placed over a textured background. This is paired with images of recognizable historical figures blended with imagery of common soldiers, and other common sites of the war.
