Tuwa: Elder healthcare mobile app

Introducing Tuwa, an elderly health care mobile app. Tuwa is designed for who have elderly people by their side, when we are too busy with our work we might forget to remind our elder to drink their medicine or any other agendas.
What are the problems?
Users sometime forget their elder agendas because busy with their work. This may result in worsen medical condition of the elder.
Users may forget their elder measurements because don't write it or they lost the note, while health measurements are critical for elder people.
How do we solve it?
Using Home and Calendar page, we solve the problem by giving user reminder that in this particular timeframe elder need to take an action. Such as drinking medicine, consult with doctors and many more. We also planning to make the notification design to remind users when they are not in app.
With health summary features, users can write their elder health measurement such as cholesterol level, blood sugar level and also uric acid level. So with their phone only, we minimalize user forgetfulness to note their elder health measurements.
