The process of creating an annual report begins with planning, where goals, audience, and key messages are identified. Next, a theme and concept are finalized through creative brainstorming sessions. Following this, a photoshoot is organized to capture images of every team and individual in the company.

With the images collected, a testing layout is prepared to review the overall design. After feedback and revisions, content population begins, filling in text, images, and data. The report undergoes multiple rounds of revision with stakeholders until final approval.

Once approved, the design team works with a printing vendor to ensure materials align with design specifications. After printing, the report is distributed to stakeholders, summarizing the company's performance and achievements for the year.
