Here is my latest illustration for Science Focus and Aleks Krotoski's column talking about one missed prediction from the previous article, this time talking about how the recent buzz around the Metaverse isn't a new concept and has been around in some form for several years.

From Second Life to Minecraft these offer a Metaverse like experience but the big question will be whether big companies will allow you to move beyond the boundaries of their own digital world.
