With the very first one, we’d like you to meet a company we partnered with — Qore8. It’s a B2B tool that automates the creation of intelligent digital assets and ensures their secure sharing across various document business processes.

Pretty complex, huh? Well, while the team came up with a unique solution, their SaaS design was even more complicated and outdated. And that kept the company from scaling and boosting their revenues. Not good.

Our solution — transformation, revamp, upgrade, aka redesign 🙌

🔎 After an in-depth UX audit, our team outlined our next steps: strike a UI/UX balance that wouldn’t throw off current Qore8 users and overwhelm new ones with revamped platform design. So we kept the platform’s main patterns but upgraded its structure, navigation flow, and added valuable features to enhance the user experience for the win.

As to SaaS UI design, our team moved in a less is more direction — subtle icons help users navigate across the platform. A clean off-white background with brand colors serving as accents make the interface neat and aesthetically pleasing 🙃
