Tide is an AI-powered photo editor designed to facilitate users in editing photos quickly and with satisfying results. With various features and advanced algorithms, Tide enables users to perform photo editing automatically or manually with ease.
Challenges
a. Lack of Training Data
To produce optimal results, Tide requires large and diverse training data. However, it is sometimes difficult to gather a sufficiently large and representative dataset.
Limited access to high-quality data can hinder the performance of AI algorithms in recognizing objects or producing desired effects.
b. Adjustment to User Preferences
Each user has different preferences in photo editing, ranging from lighting to color and detail. Adapting AI algorithms to meet individual preferences can be a challenge
Implementing effective personalization without requiring excessive input from users is complex.
How We Solve
a. Lack of Training Data
Utilization of Transfer Learning: We employ transfer learning techniques to leverage pre-trained models on large datasets. This allows us to improve the performance of our models even with smaller datasets.
Data Augmentation: We use data augmentation to create variations in our dataset, such as rotation, cropping, and color changes, thus enhancing the generalization ability of the model.

AI-Based Recommendation System: We develop an AI-based recommendation system that can learn user preferences from previous usage patterns and provide appropriate editing recommendations.
