UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a part-time UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating user experiences that are not only visually appealing, but also functional and user-friendly. Your role will be critical in designing sites that enhance user engagement and drive conversions, without the responsibility for technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Craft intuitive, user-friendly website layouts, incorporating custom patterns and iconography to enrich user experiences.

• Interaction Design: Design detailed interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.

• Collaboration and Feedback: Provide designs for desktop and mobile breakpoints that are ready for development, working closely with the development team to ensure design intent is maintained. Be receptive to feedback and maintain strong communication with the team.

• Industry Awareness and Quality Control: Stay updated with the latest trends, ensure design consistency, and manage feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

• Proficient in Figma, including its latest updates and prototyping features.

• Experienced in web design with a portfolio that showcases strong UX design skills.

• Strong understanding of English, able to clearly explain design decisions during video meetings.

• Available to work at least 15 hours per week, including availability between 11 AM and 3 PM GMT.

• Knowledgeable in responsive design, user-centered principles, and usability best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines independently.

• Motivated to exceed project expectations and adopt a constructive approach to receiving feedback.
