Travel Advisor Dashboard

Hello! 👋

Recently, I've been tied down with lots of changes and work schedules - one of them being a challenge of web design. While I decided to work on it, I also wanted to take this opportunity to share it with Dribble fam! I noticed that I've been doing app designs and this would be something different and new.

In the brief given for this specific challenge 📔
"TravelAdvisor is a successful online tool that helps people book travels (hotels/flights/experiences). Beyond their powerful search tools, they have a team of over 1000 customer agents who help answer queries that users of the tool may have. They can be reached via telephone, email, or live chat. As a TravelAdvisor Product Designer, you've been tasked to design a web dashboard page that shows the managers how the agents are doing."

1. Decided to separate and create two different pages for "dashboard" and "agents". This will allow a manager to examine the "seasonality" of agents in its own page due to heavy content. Also, included "snapshot" information on the dashboard for the manager to view at a glance with ease.

2. Dashboard showing agents and users engagements based on data set using ball-park figures and values - so that we can see what behavioural patterns may actually look like etc.

3. The dashboard is also showing a target board of how agents are meeting their "goals". This allows the manager to easily gauge agent's performance/progress based on what "desired expectation/ success rate" manager deem is "success/ good".
