Hope you’re ALL EARS for this announcement! Here is the third (and probably final – they honestly take so much out of me 😭) guide in my “Remake You and Me” series: “How to Open Your Ears”.

It seems strangely appropriate to complete this guide during a lockdown. Now more than ever, our ears need to be open: to the advice and guidelines we are being given, to the trials and tribulations that our friends and family might be facing but particularly to those who appear fine on the surface but are silently screaming for someone to lend an ear.
