Comet Props 3

There is a moment in the film when (SPOILER!) a character begins to suspect he's in some sort of alternate dimension. As evidence, he was supposed to open a book and only see gibberish. But...the director wanted a way to have that gibberish somehow carry our space theme. It occurred to me that ASCII art is really just encoding an image in gibberish. I made several versions, but it's this one of a satellite that you will see in the film.
