Animated Inter Milan Jersey with CSS

Every time I look at the Inter Milan home jersey I mentally recreate it in my head. In my HTML I made three areas: a top, middle, and bottom. The top and bottom halves have reverse, repeating background patterns of blue and black vertical lines. The middle area is centered vertically and has the same pattern as the other two areas. However, the middle section is skewed. To add something extra, I made the middle area scrollable so whenever a user scrolls up/down or side/side the jersey design comes alive. Forza Inter!
