There are No Wins in comparison

I've found since being in lockdown that life has changed quite a bit. For me it's juggling the needs of my kids who are off school, supporting family and vulnerable neighbours and trying to balance a bit of work too It's easy to start comparing myself to those who are not in the same situation, getting loads done, consistency posting great work and having endless time on their hands. Once we start down that road, we know that we will never find out where it goes.

So focus on the good things that are happening in other areas of your life at the moment. That might be precious time with the kids, family members, jobs that need doing around the house, space to read and rest or you're actually still working and thankful for being employed.

Remember everyone is showing their highlight reel, don't compare your behind the scenes.
