MacOS Dock - Big Sur ?

The MacOS dock I'd like to see.

A more unified/modern style taking inspiration from the application icons found on iOS & iPadOS.

One feature I'd love to see is a "Dock Divider" allowing you to group selected apps together like in my example where my "Dev" apps and "Design" apps are separated by these new dividers.

Looks like this was the way they chose to go in the new MacOS Big Sur. Very happy to see that. (Would still like to see the addition of dividers though...)
