Silence is Betrayal

Even though those words were spoken about the Vietnam War, I feel as though we are at war in America. I will never experience injustice or fear like George Floyd did, or any black man or woman for that matter. However, I do know that now is not the time to be silent, now is not the time to deflect, now is not the time to be defensive. Now is the time to stand up.
