New Magazine page

Got really stuck in to some redesigns for Magpile "profile" pages (magazine and user pages). Both will be sporting dark headers and more refined content separation soon.

- The Activity feed has been moved to the About tab to give content the full page width to breath.
- The Discussion tab contains comments, Magpile Featured Magazine reviews plus new, user-added Reviews from around the net.
- I'm introducing a sprinkle of the lovely Montserrat in some higher-level headers.
- You'll notice a new blue "Add" button: this redesign will be launched alongside a new "List" feature.
