poster for covid19 - isolation

Illustration for Covid19, and the repercussions of quarantine to people with mental illness. It's featured in the latest GR Design magazine, as part of the ongoing exhibition about Covid19 in Athens, Greece.

During quarantine, I felt absolutely crushed. I stopped therapy and I withdrew of every social interaction. It almost felt like I was trapped inside my own house, inside my own head. Quarantine is now over, but I can still feel the effects it had on me, and there's still a sort of weight on my shoulders that doesn't go away. I hope that anyone who goes through the same phase is feeling a bit better each day. Living with mental illness is living in a constant war zone , piled on top of the usual hardships of life, making each step you take a struggle. But each step is important, no matter how small it is. Stay safe <3
