D&L Trail

It was a pleasure to work with the lovely people at SWELL on this illustration for the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor. The D&L Trail runs for more than 140 miles through Pennsylvania and is used for biking, walking, running and more.

This artwork was commissioned to enable the D&L Trail to share their research on best practices with other trail groups. Acting as an infographic, the details along the trail highlight steps in the process and make the data more accessible. The illustration was designed to be used online and in print. I also incorporated elements to showcase the nature, wildlife, communities and recreation to be enjoyed along the way.

I also created label-type designs to be used alongside the main trail illustration. Each label highlights a different step in the D&L Trail process.
