Deco Lamp - Prototype V1

Hey, guys! Here's something that I'm really excited to work on. Most of what I've been doing for my day job is graphics, but really, I like building stuff. I've let work get in the way of that, and so recently I decided it was time.

I am in the process of designing an Art Deco style lamp. This is my first prototype.

There are actually three layers, but I only built 2 in this test. You can check the attachment for a simple drawing of the actual design, and a crappy shot of the prototype lit up, too.

Stay tuned - I'm working on the second prototype, which is close to done.
