Automated Actions – Workflow

A while ago I posted the JOIN pipeline feature where HR managers can manage candidate in different stages. This is part of the workflow settings inside the all new job creation: Here you can see how HR managers can setup these stages and add automated actions that will be initiated when a candidate is dragged into the corresponding stage – e.g. sending out an email to the candidate that he/she is invited to a interview or adding a note. What are your thoughts on this?
