Company social intranet main page

This is my first dribble shot, yay!
I've been working on corporate portals for 2 weeks :hysteric:
This portal has news feed, events feature, a corporate TV Digest on the right side and fixed menu on the left. The search bar is absolute power for services like this, so it's located on the navigation bar and can have some advanced features. Like for most social intranets making content is crucial for users, so writing a post is the main action for this screen.
