🌱 Grow Product Illustrations

We recently released our brand new product: Grow. The third pillar in people strategy and people management.

I'm not only excited because this is the first employee development for the new world of work — but also because we've been using it at Lattice for a while, in addition to some amazing companies like Webflow, Coinbase, and more. And it has already been a tremdemouns positive impact on so many people.

I worked on the product side with Jared (direction) and Derek (copy), we tried to bring the essence of Grow to life through an organic and diverse set of illustrations and iconography.
