GrabPulsa Revamp — UX Case Study

A few weeks ago, I participated in the Designathon 2.0 For Intermediate event organized by Dribbble Indonesia & IXDA Malang. Designathon is an event to create a UX case study to solve a defined problem statement with an end-to-end design process within 1 week. The challenge is how might we revamp the GrabPulsa service on the Grab app so that users get an easier and more delightful experience.
