Based on the Adobe XD - Starter Kit (Freebie starter for XD: https://petrbilek.com/products/adobexd-starterkit) building a low-fi eCommerce components to simply organize and make a strategy for e-commerce projects.

This is the simple block view. You can simply change all styles and make it more "candy" with few clicks via editing of padding and styles.

It will allow you with few clicks and drops preview the full e-commerce project to your client and restyle it to your needs.
