Sales workflow creation

Usually, companies have several sales processes starting from lead acquisition to the deal closure stage. For example, a big deal might need approval from executives, or it can require tasks to be assigned or it can also require some additional information to be captured across different stages. These processes need to be reflected in their sales tools too.

Sales workflow helps teams to set up action items for transitions between different stages in a sales cycle. Teams can

1. Make certain fields mandatory
2. Create tasks for the record owner
3. Set up approvers for a particular stage

This shot shows how action items can be created for different stages. I have skipped the task creation and the field selection step to make the video shorter.

P.S: This shot is an improvised version of the Blueprint feature that I worked on for Zoho CRM mobile. The original version had only the workflow execution part. Here, I have tried to bring in the complex creation part to the mobile version.
