New Gem website gradient animation

Today we launched a new brand look for Gem, including a refreshed website at https://gem.com.

Adding a very subtle gradient animation in the text on the homepage was fun, but there's a lot of subtle details that I don't think many people would consciously notice. Props to Josh Williams (of Gowalla) for the branding.
