๐ Let me introduce you to an important work tool I've been working on, The Culture Trip Creator App!

The Creator App is the one place to find your work as a creator at Culture Trip. Our ambition is to create a competitive marketplace for our freelance writers, illustrators, photographers etc. to pick up work and deliver it on time and within budget.
Previous to this effort, creators would liaise with our editors via email which would sometimes result in messy processes.
We've been adding features thick and fast in the past months to make this a viable and useful product, involving our creators as much as we can through the process. We've held interviews and sent our surveys for quick fire feedback.

Deadlines are an important incentive to producing high-quality, timely work. Beforehand, deadlines were hidden in the task brief which lived on a google site and was buried. It's now front and centre, with a relative countdown and absolute date format for maximum glanceability.

We're adding new task types when our content planning requires them. We recruit local insiders and they can now submit their recommendations through the Creator App. We also offer Copywriting to our freelance writers.

Yes, as simple as it sounds, the Creator App now supports pagination.

The Creator App started out as an MVP web app that only supported the desktop browser. We've baked in support for mobile phones and tablets allowing our freelance creator community the opportunity to work however they want from wherever they want.

Soon creators will be able to see how much money they've earned under the completed tab alongside all of their completed tasks and when they were published etc.
It will continue to be updated in the future with new features and improvements to existing features. There are some lofty goals associated with the Creator App which includes automation through machine learning in the content pipeline which is incredibly exciting!
