#2 - Get Up With No Rush

Every morning you might usually wake up in a hurry. This false living pattern could destroy your energy. Stop rushing and enjoy the very moment that you wake up, which improves your awareness. Try checking if you are likely to perceive your first movement of the day. Be very slow and aware of every little action like washing your face, brushing your teeth. Don't rush or be lazy, but focus and connect with your breath.
This is the best way to start your day. This exercise will help you unify body and mind to live at the moment of present.
