Infographic Research: Gemeente Rotterdam

This research focuses on Dutch language skills in combination with health. Language plays an important role in health improvement, because low literacy can lead to high costs in health care. In this research we asked healthcare providers to pay attention to low literacy in their practice space or healthcare environment in order to discuss this issue with their patients. Together with the CBS, Dutch Government and Gemeente Rotterdam we researched data concerning this problem.

But most importantly we researched who and where these people are and conducted multiple surveys and interviews. And eventually with all that data came the infographic profiles. These clearly map the impact of this problem and hopefully mobilize people in care who benefit from this.
