We recently released our brand new product: Grow. The third pillar in people strategy and people management.

I'm not only excited because this is the first employee development for the new world of work — but also because we've been using it at Lattice for a while, in addition to some amazing companies like Webflow, Coinbase, and more. And it has already been a tremendous positive impact on so many people.
