Indela - Brand Development

A communication organisation with a key focus on social impact projects and communication strategy. The core of its identity is conveyed in the name, Indlela, which means; ‘the way’ in Zulu. They are in the business of helping people find their way around our complex society. My role at M2 was to help them tell these stories by giving their brand identity. I was tasked with creating an identity that is blatantly African and says ‘The way’. I achieved this by drawing inspiration from African logos and pushing past the norm to create something truly unique. I hope you like it.
