🏷 A new way to manage tags

We recently worked on redefining our settings UI to allow for more scalability. These pages will be implemented over the year, starting with the Tags page.
With this redesign comes the ability to finally expand nested tags, reorganize them in bulk, sorting and filtering abilities, and more 🙌
