State of Customer Engagement 2021 Illustrations
For these illustrations, I wanted to work within a tight grid. As much as possible I tried to adhere to the grid and use only basic geometric shapes and angles to evoke a range of emotions pertaining to trends in Customer Engagement over the past year.
