Features of booking a meeting room

🇬🇧 Booking a meeting room is the main function of the service and it has been successfully solved in the first version. In a new version, we wanted to go further and help the interface answer ancillary questions: how to quickly find a free meeting room and schedule a meeting for a time convenient for all participants.

To achieve these goals, we have added two buttons:
🙂🙂Colleagues' availability – displaying free time slots for all participants. We get this info from personal calendars of the invited employees from the Exchange calendar.
🟢Find a free room – when you just need to sit in some meeting room on any floor right now. This is particularly useful in the middle of the working day, when most of the meeting rooms are already occupied.

🇷🇺 Бронь переговорки — основная функция сервиса, и она успешно решалась и в первой версии. В новой версии мы хотели пойти дальше и помочь интерфейсом ответить на вопросы второго порядка: как быстро найти свободную переговорку и запланировать встречу на время, когда все участники свободны.

Для этого мы добавили две кнопки:
🙂🙂 Занятость коллег — показываем поверх расписания переговорок свободные тайм-слоты согласно личным календарям сотрудников из календаря Exchange.
🟢Найти свободные — когда нужно срочно сесть в какую-то переговорную на любом этаже прямо сейчас. Особенно полезно в середине рабочего дня, когда большинство переговорных уже занято.
