For our guests, I created an email list & sms list. Everyone on our guest-list will get an update the week before the wedding with important info, like directions and spots around the venue.

They'll also get a update the night before with the GPS address & weather forecast.

And lastly, for any emergency changes (venue, weather-related, etc) SMS updated will be used.
