10x Optimize® features tailored digital coaching "boosts" oriented around the key drivers of performance for every person from high potential talent, to senior employees catalyzing outcomes and results that help create new leaders, and accelerate growth.

I designed this interactive platform which updates in real-time, and delivers bite-size coaching that powers performance.

Diversity has been central to the development of our user experience, whilst employees can benefit from inbuilt accessibility features, leaders can further optimize the assessment process for their people by enabling additional time for assessments, when needed, at the click of a button.

Features such as color-blind optimized graphics, adjustable contrast, and dyslexia-friendly font are but a few of the features in 10x Optimize that ensure everyone is able to perform a their optimum.

I designed the User Experience (UX) and created the entire User Interface (UI) for this multi-tenant, multi-app solution. Once again, this is a tiny selection of UI from a solution that's available today in the HR Technology marketplace – and is actively being used by some well-known organisations.
