Searching and applying for college is a daunting process and Tuition Manager reduces friction by helping employees search, apply & submit documentation for tuition reimbursement services.

I updated the Tuition Manager Employee and Approver Quick-Start Guide's to with improved visual hierarchy between steps and a more consistent call-to-action. This will communicate to employees how easy it will be to submit applications and documentation, and it will communicate to approvers how easy it is to approve, deny, and leave comments for employees.
