Utilizer is an ongoing project, more specifically a new word-press feature that is coming soon and mostly helps creating modular sites in both ends, developer and end users. This plugin it can be used as a helping tool to modify, change and quickly update themes and drag and drop concepts.
As you can assume this is its symbol and it is consisted by a "Lego-brick" shaped "U".
As a base element is the letter "U" because of the plugin name (Utilizer) and graphically represented by a "Lego-brick" form, because of its usage of this Symbol shape for plugins by a well-known software development companies around the world.
