Brief: Create a Logo for an app called ‘Urania’. Urania is a music app that helps users discover new ways of finding and listening to music through AI learning. The client wants a logo that embodies what Urania is, whilst also being playful and youthful. the audience for this product is young adults with professional backgrounds. The client wants to use the colour Orange as the primary colour.

Process: As with most of my Logo concepts, I like to try and add 3 elements into the design. I had the idea of incorporating a crescent moon and a planet to tie into astronomy/discovery aspect of the word ‘Urania’. I did this by utilising the white space to create both a crescent moon and planet. The next idea i wanted to incorporate into the logo was that of a wireless earphone and the abstract shape of a head wearing the earphone.
