Detroit Redwings Wordmark Redesign Concept

So...while I was scrolling online something caught my eye on the Detriot redwings uniform. Apparently the Wordmark on the helmet was outdated so thought I take a crack at it and redesign it into a modern aesthetic. Something that represents the Redwings brand and pays homage to legacy of the people and city of Detroit.
