Data Recommendation Prompts

Through analytics and monitoring product usage, it became evident that most of our users were only accessing a slim % of the data they have access to, making for poor business value. Users were either completely unaware of the breadth of data available to them, or just unsure of how to leverage it in the best way - and when combined with time constraints, this guaranteed that users simply skimmed the surface and ended their journeys there. Introducing Recommendation Prompts; these allow us to seamlessly surface recommendations (increased exposure, in-situ support, check) tailored to user's data needs based on AI, earlier selected preferences and stats regarding their usage. To further capitalise on this interaction, we integrated 'Insights' which pulls from various aspects of our data universe to deliver neatly-packaged insights, news and even infographics - already a hit with users across all industries.
