Psychedelic Cosmic Logo Design

Unlock the universe within yourself.

For this project the client had a vision where they wanted the universe to come out of an African woman. This was quite a challenge for me, as the client wanted to go for a more realistic look, and something that is dramatic. After discussing with them more about the project, I figured out that by dramatic they meant psychedelic. Hence, this logo is inspired from psychedelic cosmic art (inspiration photos at the last). This was my first attempt for this style and it took me 5 days to do it.

They wanted a design that portrays the concept of opening your minds to your spiritual self and know how important it is to understand (innerstand) who you are from the inside out. Once you have understand your inner self, you can unlock the universe within yourself.

The logo is a beautiful African woman who is at peace, but has a demon side to her as well. To unlock the universe that is coming out of her head she must let go of the inner evil that surrounds it.
