As 2021 goes by
I know this is not actually a year easy to celebrate, but in terms of work and opportunities I'll not be ungrateful with the universe causality: I can't complain, there was a year with many projects completed, I could tell a lot of exciting visual stories, experimenting new techniques, trying hard on overcome myself and of course full of beautiful mistakes too.
The fact I have a logo course on the way helped (paradoxically) me a lot to manage, (hardly, but still): my mental health (again, by a thin string but...) minimally (almost extinguishing...) steady. Also this year I tried again to insert more people in my creative process and I hope next year I can improve that (entrepreneurship intensifies).
2021 was indeed a NFT year, and I’ve minted some pieces and explored a lot this effervescent emerging new field since 2020, unfortunately I couldn't contribute as much as I wanted with this incredible community, you know; many bills yet to be paid (in fiax), I wish we can work more with those technologies and Metaverse more in 2022.
I've made some not usual works, such as Iconography, 3D animations, Illustration, Character Design, Badges, (even a twitter hashtag icon; I'll share all this with you in future, just logos and icon/symbols for now) and everyone that know me a bit, know that I love to experimenting with different ways of creativity; so I’m happy to see such plurality in my daily works.
I know (I’m writing a lot, and will be increasing this bad habit here, also…) how privileged I am to have all those opportunities in such a complex year, so I just want to thank everyone that somehow contributed a single tiny bit with (a word, a thought, a social media interaction) all the luck I had! Thanks to the ungrateful algorithmic goddess as well!
Also I know that I’m not a special talent or something like that, I’m just a creative worker that wants to keep creative (and working) so wanna specially thanks you that believe in my work at this very atypical year, and let's keep creating magical stuff together
