This is a freelance projected I worked on a while ago and finally sharing. This is an app done for an American client who strives to improve life of users suffering from asthma or COPD through careful monitoring one’s triggers and accessing one’s so called action plan.

The app offers different possibilities such as tracking triggers or symptoms, monitoring pick flow, setting reminders for taking medicine on time, getting an emergency access to hospitals or pharmacies and even provides a weather updates. Most importantly it gives user an access to their action plan (which was previously developed by their medical professional) for managing their condition.
