Chronic Pain Clinic Website

Here's the website: https://www.painnt.com.au/

Client's goal for the project

The client needs a website that acts as a concierge for their patients.

The website needs to help them understand the services offered, and how to get to their appointments.

It also needs to be simple and easy to use for people with various socio-economic backgrounds and in chronic pain.

My Contribution

Working together with the client, we've updated the Squarespace website.

The crucial touchpoint is at the homepage:

We've included call-out question cards for them to self-identify so that they'd arrive at the specific page that's meant to feed them targeted information.

Overall:

I've researched their customer pain and pleasure points and the clients' back-end patient induction process. My goal was to design a website that works for both the patients and the client.

I've updated the UX/UI design, the UX copy, SEO and their branding elements.

Project's Success

The client is happy with the website's efficiency – it's now used to direct potential patients to search for information (instead of answering their questions over the phone and email).

The number of phone calls reduced significantly. Clients are happier with the easy-to-access information about the appointment details on the website.

The website also has 100%+ traffic after 3 months it was launched.
