Product organisation with Notion

Today we shared with the team a reorganization of our workspace and workflow process.

We have been wanting to do this for a long time. We added a lot to our workspace as we went along and it was getting complicated to keep track of it.

For our workflow, thanks to our experience working together, we found a solution to make it simpler and in line with our needs.

Because we are growing fast and we have set up squads, it was important to do this to welcome the new members of the Tech and Product team.
