Moodly - mood tracker mobile app 💜

Hi Dribbblers 👋,

today I’d love to share with you a concept shot of a mood journal tracker app called Moodly. A mood tracker helps to discover ups and downs and look for patterns in how moods vary over time and due to different situations and circumstances. The purpose of this tool is to monitor moods and take action when necessary - consult with a specialist via chat.

Journaling is a tool often recommended by psychologists and may also be as effective as cognitive-behavioral therapy. It is a respected method to improve mood, productivity, and mental health.

Why is this important? Emotional and mental health is a vital part of your life and impacts your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Being healthy emotionally can promote productivity and effectiveness in activities like work, school, or caregiving. It plays an essential part in the health of your relationships and allows you to adapt to changes in your life and cope with adversity. Health starts in your head.

How Moodly does work?

😊 choose an emoji and write down how you feel each day,

🩺 monitor your mood, stress, anxiety, or depression,

📈 the app will show you mood correlations,

💜 act quickly when necessary, and consult with a specialist via chat.
