The Long Beach Howard Art Museum 🐈

I recently had the pleasure of designing a logo for what I consider to be a very important institution: the Long Beach Howard Art Museum, the world's most prestigious (and only) museum devoted entirely to artwork depicting Howard, the orange tabby cat.

I was approached by a friend who asked for a logo — how could I refuse? Her sister had been commissioning art of Howard, her orange tabby, since the beginning of the pandemic. The collection now contains more than forty commissioned works — mostly paintings. My friend decided it was time to make it official, and needed a logo to put on tote bags and membership cards.
