People are inundated with information and can experience stress when opening a new bank account. On this page for our financial services client’s website, we worked to make that experience more pleasant and digestible for their audience.
Part of our strategy was to make use of interactive formats such as accordions, sliders and tabbed sections, which were helpful in presenting the content in a more engaging way as well as reducing the vertical space needed (and thus minimizing scrolling on the user’s part).
