The client
Playground is an all-in-one platform for kindergarten administration. Allowing staff to spend less time on repetitive tasks and focusing more on the care and education of the children. The goal of Playground is to make excellent accessible childcare for all. This is delivered through the wide range of tools that Playground offers, centering the needs of childcare all on one platform.
The challenge
Playground originally came to us to design their whole website and product pages. They wanted their website to be as welcoming and simplistic as possible with all the tools they were inputting. Playground needed a design that captured their mission and focused on the essence of what it means to be in the childcare industry.
The solution
After meeting with the Playground’s team and coming up with a distinct direction of what they wanted their landing page to contain, we believed that the childcare aspect is what should be instantly recognizable when first viewing the home page. We created abstract illustrations showcasing the different tools that Playground has to offer while also incorporating some fun uplifting illustrations throughout every page. When scrolling through the pages you can visually see the care and heart that Playground put into creating something worth investing in for the childcare industry. Every illustration represents a story and background, just like the children.
The result
Within a 2 month sprint we successfully delivered Playground’s new website revamp! We are so proud of the way this project turned out and we love seeing Playground still thriving after a year with their new website.
